What's the difference between Build and Embedded?
Build is right when you have one initiative you want to ship well. Embedded is right when AI is becoming a meaningful part of how the business operates and you'd rather have a steady weekly partner than hire a full-time AI lead.
How deeply do you embed with our team?
Our role is to make AI usable and valuable in your business — not to run the rest of how you operate. Even our most hands-on engagement keeps that focus. If you need someone to take over a function, you need a different kind of partner, and we'll happily point you to one.
Do I have to start with the audit?
No. If you already know what you want to build, we can skip straight to a Build or Embedded retainer. The audit is for businesses still mapping the terrain.
Are there extra costs?
Yes — and they're always quoted separately before you commit. They usually cover subscriptions, tools, or additional resources needed beyond the retainer to actually deliver the work. No markup, no surprises.
Can we pause or cancel?
Anytime, with 30 days' notice. We'd rather you stay because we're earning our fee than because of a contract.
Do you sign NDAs?
